Yes, It’s 90 Minutes. And No, We Didn’t Finish the Outline.

Branded AF Podcast – Episode 3

We *meant* to stick to the plan. But once the clones got involved and the daily GPT stories started rolling, we ran 90+ minutes deep into the reality of living and working with AI twins.

Tune into the new episode

This Is Not a Tool Demo

This episode isn’t some tutorial on how to prompt ChatGPT. It’s the real, raw, day-to-day experience of two marketing strategists who’ve built and trained AI versions of themselves—and actually *use* them.

Natalie brings the systems. Gina brings the sass. And both bring receipts on how AI is helping with planning, pitching, pricing, parenting, and even food shaming (thanks, Darth Ceto).

Custom GPTs = The Most Underrated Business Assistant

If you’re not using a clone to prep for sales calls, analyze your time, or drag you into better boundaries, what are you even doing?

We talk:

  • Daily use cases
  • Prompt tricks
  • AI as hype coach
  • When to filter your GPT (and when not to)
  • Backing up and saving ….

Brand Strategy Still Comes First

Here’s the truth: AI doesn’t save you from a messy message.

We say it again and again—your clone can’t clarify what *you* haven’t. So if you’re scaling content, automating tasks, or replicating tone without a real brand strategy? You’re just building a faster mess.

Fix the strategy first. Then let the GPT do her thing.

The Best Part? It’s Still Fun.

Sure, we talk projects, tips, and efficiency. But we also laugh—a lot. Because building and working with an AI twin doesn’t have to be dry or creepy. It can be playful, personal, and wildly productive.

Also, Natalie outruns Google Maps with her clone. It’s iconic.

What We Covered:

– How we actually use our GPTs every day (no fluff)
– Gina’s Star Wars meal planning assistant (and food shame drama)
– Natalie’s proposal builder + discovery call prep system
– Using AI as a personal hype coach before calls
– Strategy mistakes people still make when cloning their voice
– That moment your GPT tells you you’re undercharging (rude but accurate)

🎧 Podcast hosts: Gina Dunn (OG Solutions) & Natalie de Groot (Authentic AI Marketing)

🎙️ [00:00] Welcome to Branded AF

Gina:
Okay we’re back. And chaos is fully expected. This one got long, but damn it was good.

Natalie:
I still don’t know how we ended up with 30 use cases and zero wrap-up.

🤖 [03:42] Meet the Clones + WTF Is Daily AI?

Gina:
GinGPT is like my morning brand therapist and my creative director. She plans content and roasts my decisions.

Natalie:
NatGPT is the actual backbone of my business systems now. Prompts, scripts, content, vibe checks—you name it.

🧠 [14:09] Real Life GPT Use Cases

Gina:
I use her to plan meals, map launches, build decks, and yell at me when I underprice. Like a sassier assistant with data.

Natalie:
Mine builds prompts for my team, answers internal questions, preps me for sales calls. She even helps me write emails.

💸 [31:45] Pricing, Proposals + AI as Hype Coach

Gina:
The day she told me I was making $25/hour on a project I priced at $150/hour… I needed a minute.

Natalie:
AI does not lie. She’s the CFO now. She said raise your rate and drink some water.

🧠 [46:10] Cloning Strategy vs. Strategy First

Gina:
If your brand doc is trash, your GPT will just scale garbage. Fix your foundation before you automate the wrong sh*t.

Natalie:
Yeah, if it’s fuzzy in your brain, it’s chaos in the clone. It’s not magic, it’s math and message.

🎮 [58:30] Game Time: Who Said It?

Natalie:
Okay, here’s the first one: ‘If your strategy doc doesn’t make someone cry, you’re doing it wrong.’

Gina:
Oooof. Clone or chaos. I actually don’t remember if I said that or not.

Natalie:
Next: ‘Let’s Gina’fy this sh*t.’

Gina:
That one’s a gimme. That’s me. Or GinGPT trying to impress me.

Natalie:
Last one: ‘You’re not rebranding — you’re putting lipstick on a ghost.’

Gina:
I WISH I said that. That’s all clone energy. But now I’m stealing it.

🥂 [1:20:15] Final Thoughts + Clone Truth Bombs

Gina:
Just because AI can do more doesn’t mean you should do less.

Natalie:
If your GPT isn’t dragging you or hyping you up, it’s not trained right.

Gina:
