BRAND STRATEGY · IDENTITY · IMPLEMENTATION

Starting something new? Or ready for your next chapter?

Whether you’re bringing a new business into the world or your existing brand no longer reflects what you’ve built, you need more than a pretty logo.

You need someone who can help you figure out what makes your business different, put it into words, and build a brand people recognize.

That’s where I come in.

I work alongside women founders to build brands from the ground up and transform established ones. We work through the strategy, positioning, messaging, and visual identity together, then bring it to life across your business.

And I don’t have to disappear once the website goes live.

From the first big idea to the next big chapter. And everything that comes after.

Your brand should be a mirror, not a mask. If the strategy doesn't sound like you, it won't work like you.

Two Starting Points, One Brand That Fits

New ventures · Established businesses · Launches · Ongoing partnerships

Building something new?

You have the idea, the ambition, and probably seventeen things you’re trying to figure out at once. 😂

I love getting involved early, when we can make the important decisions together rather than trying to fix them later.

We’ll work out what your business stands for, who it’s for, what makes it different, and how to bring it into the world with a brand built around those decisions.

From an early idea to something real, recognizable, and ready to launch.

Ready for what's next?

Your business has grown. Maybe your services have changed, you’ve found a different audience, or you’re simply not the same founder you were when you started.

But your brand is still telling the old story.

We’ll find what needs to change, keep what still works, and build the next version around the business you’ve become.

Not change for the sake of change. A brand that catches up with you.

Introducing

What we build together

A brand isn’t just the way your business looks. It’s what people understand about you, what they remember, and why they choose you.

Depending on your project, our work can include:

N

Strategy and positioning

Who you’re for, what makes you different, what you stand for, and where you fit in your market.

N

Messaging and voice

The words, explanations, and opinions that help people recognize your business.

N

Visual identity

Logo, colors, typography, design direction, and brand applications that reflect the strategy.

N

Brand tools and guidance

Practical guidelines and assets you can actually use across the business.

N

Website and launch implementation

Bringing the brand to life where people will encounter it.

N

Ongoing strategic support

Helping you keep using, developing, and growing the brand after launch.

Your project will have its own scope. You won’t be paying for a giant list of things you don’t need.

My Spark Method. Without all the marketing jargon.

How It Works

Phase One

Mirror – Understand what’s really there

We get into your business, the founder behind it, your audience, your market, and what makes the work different. For a new venture, we establish those foundations. For an existing brand, we examine what’s working and what isn’t.

Phase two

Fire – Decide what you want to be known for

This is where we develop your positioning, key messages, point of view, and brand voice. The decisions that give the rest of the brand something meaningful to build on.

Phase three

Form – Make it real

We translate the strategy into visual identity, brand applications, and practical tools. Beautiful, yes. But beautiful for a reason.

Optional

Flamekeeper – Keep it working

Some founders take their new brand and run with it. Others want me to stay involved with rollout, marketing direction, content, implementation, and the decisions that come next.

Both are fine. We build the partnership around what your business needs.

Not just a brand project. A brand partner.

Some founders come to me with an idea and a notebook full of possibilities. Others arrive with an established business and a growing sense that it’s time for a change.

Either way, I love being involved in the real work: asking the difficult questions, challenging assumptions, helping make decisions, and turning them into something tangible.

And sometimes, that’s just the beginning.

For founders who want ongoing support, I can stay involved as a strategic and creative partner. We keep bringing the brand into the business through marketing, messaging, launches, new offers, and whatever comes next.

Because a brand isn’t finished just because we’ve approved the logo.

That’s usually when the interesting part starts.

Building from scratch

Case Study: Sabine Hutchison at the ripple network

We partnered with Germany-based Sabine Hutchison to strengthen her founder brand and expand visibility. Through brand strategy, execution, and thought leadership positioning, we helped Sabine claim her voice and align her businesses with global opportunities. This case study shows how founder-led brand strategy builds clarity, resonance, and reach – from Almere to international markets.

The Sabine Hutchison engagement is a working example of what Signal Stack does for an established founder who needs visibility built on top of brand truth.

What does brand development cost?

Every business is different, so I scope the work around what you’re actually building.

Brand Development projects start at €7,600. Brand and website projects start at €13,200. Your proposal will outline the exact scope, deliverables, investment, and timeline before we begin.

A core brand project typically takes around eight weeks. A brand and website project can take around fourteen, depending on the scope and how quickly decisions are made.

If you’re ready for a substantial project, you can contact me directly. You don’t have to purchase a Clarity Call first.

Not sure what you actually. need?

Maybe something feels off, but you don’t know whether it’s your positioning, messaging, offer, or brand identity.

One focused session to look at the problem, explore your options, and identify the smartest next steps. You can use the recommendations yourself, or we can discuss a larger project afterward.
