These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our webshop and any purchases you make through ogsolutions.nl. By clicking “buy,” “download,” or “hell yes,” you agree to everything below. Don’t worry — we’ve kept it human.
1. Who We Are
OG Solutions is a registered business based in the Netherlands. We provide branding services, digital downloads, and other genius-level tools for founders, business owners, and brilliance-seekers.
2. Digital Products
Once you buy it, it’s yours. Digital downloads (like templates, tools, and brand guides) are for your personal or business use only. You can’t resell, share, copy, or distribute our stuff without written permission. Basically: don’t be shady.
3. Payment + Refunds
All prices are listed in EUR and do not include VAT (if applicable). Payments are securely processed via our payment provider (Mollie).
We don’t offer refunds on digital products — because once you download it, there’s no way to “return” it. That said, if something’s broken or wonky, email us at hello@ogsolutions.nl and we’ll fix it fast.
4. Availability
Sometimes things go out of stock or get retired — especially if Gina has a “burn it all down and rebuild” moment. We reserve the right to change products, pricing, and availability at any time.
5. Liability
We’re here to help you win — but we’re not liable for what you do (or don’t do) with our products. Use them wisely. OG Solutions is not responsible for any business losses, tech meltdowns, or emotional outbursts caused by brand breakthroughs.
6. Intellectual Property
Everything you see, read, or download from this webshop is owned by OG Solutions. That includes logos, copy, designs, frameworks, and Gina’s spicy brain juice. Don’t steal it. Don’t pretend you wrote it. Respect the craft.
7. Law + Jurisdiction
We operate under Dutch law (hey from the Netherlands!). Any disputes will be handled here, in a chill Dutch courtroom, not a dramatic Netflix-style trial.
